COZY CORNWALL CARAVAN IS PRIVATELY OWNED BUT LOCATED AT PAR SANDS HOLIDAY PARK, PL24 2AS

Come and stay in my cozy caravan right by the beach, in the heart of sunny Cornwall!. The caravan is situated at Par Sands, Par, near St. Austell, on a welcoming, pet friendly park adjoining the beautiful sandy beach. Par is a short walk from the park and has good road and rail links. There are many top attractions within easy reach, including The Eden Project which is just a short drive away. Being right in the middle of Cornwall it's also an excellent base for further exploring the county.

The park is a bit of a wildlife haven, with a good array of trees and plants, and even its own wildlife lake which can be seen from the caravan. There is also an indoor pool, tennis courts, adventure playground, putting, bowling, amusements, and pool tables, aswell as an on-site launderette. 

The caravan itself is modern and clean, well equipped, and benefits from a huge raised decking area with outdoor seating - great for those mild evenings and outdoor meals. It is large and roomy (12 foot wide), has 3 bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double), and a spacious living area. There is parking next to the caravan, with further onsite parking for visitors. 

Guests are greeted personally by the owner, and a welcome pack and local information are provided, along with all bedding and towels. Beds are aired and made up with fresh bedding all ready for your arrival. The flatscreen television has integral DVD player and Freesat, and there are DVDs, board games and books. There are basic grocery items on sale within the park's reception area, and the shops in Par are just a short walk away.

The caravan is a smoke-free zone and all bedding, pillows, etc are suitable for allergy sufferers. 

It's the best of both Worlds - a privately maintained caravan at reasonable booking rates, plus all the amenities of the holiday park!. All my customers so far have been really happy with the caravan and have appreciated the extra touches provided. 

Rates are inclusive of ALL bedding, towels and other extras, pool passes are free and there is NO CHARGE for pets. A deposit of £60 confirms your booking and is subtracted from the total cost. Holidays booked within 6 weeks of arrival date are payable in full. Please see 'Contact' page for details of where to send payment. Thankyou.

DISCOUNTS - I offer a £25 DISCOUNT for under-occupation, e.g 2 or less people occupying the caravan, £25 DISCOUNT for a 2 week stay, and £25 DISCOUNT off any holiday for returning customers. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR PETS. *(Up to 2 discounts may be used at any one time)*
